What is the Backcountry x Ramble Outpost Program?
We've partnered with our go-to gear supplier, Backcountry.com, to streamline your packing and planning, giving you more time to enjoy the best parts of camping: getting out there and gathering around the campfire.
To make things even easier, Ramble has established Backcountry x Ramble Outposts at every campground. These designated pickup spots allow guests to ship their orders directly to Ramble, freeing up space in your vehicle so you can invite a few extra friends along for the camping experience!
Meet the Gearheads!
Backcountry's expert team, known as Gearheads, is available to Ramble customers on demand via phone or email. They're ready to assist with customized orders tailored to Ramble locations, offer packing tips, and address any trip-planning questions you may have.
What if my order doesn’t deliver on time?
Ramble will have a back stock of a few basic items, but if your order isn't on-site or you wish to address a complaint regarding your order, you can email Ramble's support team at Ramble@backcountry.com or call our toll-free number 1-855-289-0261.
