Plans change, mother nature may not cooperate. We get it. Please see the following cancellation policies to prepare yourself if you need to cancel your trip:
To receive a full refund, Ramble requests guest cancel at least 30 days before check-in:
- If a customer cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights booked.
- If a customer cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will not receive a refund
If a customer does not check in for their reservation, Ramble will assume the customer is a no-show. The customer will not receive any refund for their reservation.
Ramble will initiate a 100% refund in the event of an emergency closure.
